Every undeliverable piece in a mailing is a direct financial loss — you paid to print it, paid to address it, and paid postage on it. NCOA and CASS processing, which we run on every mailing list, removes stale addresses and flags problems before they become waste.

NCOA (National Change of Address) cross-references your list against USPS move data so mail follows your recipients when they move. CASS certification validates that every address meets USPS delivery standards. 

Together, these steps keep your list compliant with the USPS Move Update standard, which requires your mailing list to be checked against current change-of-address data within 95 days of your mailing date — and protect your postage spend by avoiding surcharges and lost discounts.
